Needed a difficult to find guard for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Part numbers had been superseded by Bosch and no longer available. Kauffman had 1 of the newer part numbers in stock but it was not clear whether it fit. Kellie was very helpful by sending photos and taking measurements to assure a fit before I purchased. I ordered the part on a Tuesday afternoon, it was shipped out Wednesday morning, and I received it Thursday afternoon.

What a breath of fresh air it was to work with these folks. There was a question as to whether the part I ordered was the correct part. Instead of just shipping it and hoping for the best they reached out early and prior to shipping to make sure I was getting what I needed.
