I wanted to take a few mintues to stop and apologize for the quality of customer service. I feel that it has not been as good the last few months. Phil's parents are in their 90's and his dad has been needing extra care. Please pray for him as we navigate these waters, and help him find a place to end his life journey well. We are trying our best to keep things moving in a timely manner, but these days seem to end before we are ready for them to.
Repair Tools:
Kauffman Family Tool Repair's main service is repairing power tools such as Makita, Dewalt, Delta, Metabo, Hitachi, Ridgid, Ryobi, Bosch, Milwaukee and many other brands. If we can get the parts we will do our best:)
We can also do warranty work on Makita, Ridgid (including threading & plumbing), Dewalt, Hitachi, Delta, Metabo, Porter Cable, Ryobi, Homelite, Hart, Bostich, Black & Decker, Senco and a few others.
Sell Parts:
Selling tool parts is another major service we offer since we have a large inventory of obsolete and current parts. We would like to provide pictures of each item on the site, but that is just not a possilbity at this time. We will be happy to get you a picture, of any part we have in stock, if you need one. Rest assured, if we have any doubt that what we pull off the shelf is not what you ordered we will contact you.
