Updates with this site

I wanted to take a few minutes to stop and apologize for the quality of customer service. I feel that it has not been as good the last few months. Phil's parents are in their 90's and his dad has been needing extra care. Please pray for him as we navigate these waters, and help him find a place to end his life journey well. We are trying our best to keep things moving in a timely manner, but these days seem to end before we are ready for them to. Update: His Dad has gone home to heaven, just this past Monday, June 3.
Unexpectedly, Phil's brother died this past Saturday (June 8th) evening. More unexpected news: Late Sunday (June 23) Phil's mother went to the hospital, and they discovered something that only a surgery could remedy. With surgery being the only option at the age of 91 she has decided to choose end of life care. So we hope to spend as much time as we can with her over her last days.Update: His mother has gone home to heaven, this past Friday, July 5th.
We are hoping to get back to a normal schedule, but there is a lot of catching up. With our business being a family business having 2 deaths within a week, and now this it is a lot to take in. There are a lot of things to arrange, so we may not be as attentive, and our hours may be a little spotty over the next month. Thanks for prayers.
