How Can I Get Cheaper Shipping?
The $12 flat rate is for USPS Priority shipping. We can also usually ship most small parts through Ground Shipping, and drop the shipping nearly in half, it all depends on weight, size, and distance. There is a note section, if you are okay with Ground Shipping just let us know in the note section, and we’ll save you what we can. Caution: Ground Shipping takes longer. They say 2-5 business days, where Priority says 2-3 business days. **We may not be able to offer this on items that are not in stock.**
The site is set up to automatically authorize a $12 shipping payment, but we can change the shipping amount before the funds are captured.
How Long Will it Take for My Parts to Arrive?
Our system is set up to ship USPS Priority Shipping, which should get your package there in 2-3 business days.
This is not a guarantee, it is just what they aim for. They average around 3 day mark as of late.
Please be aware that this is only for items that we have in stock, and go out Priority. IF you choose ground advantage it will take longer. IF we do not have the parts in stock it will take longer, but we will try our best to give you an estimate before the parts are ordered if possible.
Can I Return My Parts?
Our return policy is as follows: You may return any non-electrical part, but you would be responsible to pay the shipping along with a 5% restocking fee. Once the part is back and inspected to insure it wasn’t used we will be able to refund only the price of the part less the restocking fee as mentioned above. It is understood that this is probably not what you want to here in the world of free returns, however, we do work hard to make sure you are ordering what you need before we ship it. You may request pictures and measurements, or whatever else you may need to be sure it’s the right part for your needs. Milwaukee often has many different versions of one model of tool based off it’s serial number. It’s important to make sure you have the correct version/serial number for your model of tool.

Is it Possible to Order Parts if I Don't Live in the US?
Shipping internationally is an option, but not through the website. You will need to call or email with your address. Most anything, no matter how small, seems to be at least $20. More if larger or heavier. The best option is to have a US location you visit and have it shipped there. There are a few US places, such as Point to Point Parcel, along the northern border that offer such services to Canadians.
