Simply put the customer service is far and above the best I have experienced. Excellence in speed, communication and responsiveness. My tool is backup and running with a hard to find part.

My order arrived today. I ordered after hours on Friday and it was delivered on Monday and they saved me money on postage. I am very pleased. Kauffman comes through again for a hard to find part. I keep coming back to order something I need in my shop. My wife likes the included candies.

What a joy to deal with these folks. I was searching for some hard to find brushes for an 20 year old cabinet drill. The young lady who helped me went above and beyond to not only make sure I had the correct parts, but sent them out that same day. I would definitely order from Kauffmans in the future.
