I would like to thank Kaufman family tool repair for the exceptional service that was provided to me when my ridgid table saw quit working. They not only gave fast service, it was back to me in one week, they also offered to meet me near my home with it because they were traveling by which saved me an 1 1/2 hours of driving. The level of customer service that they offer is something that is rarely found anymore. They will definitely be my first call in the future and I will recommend them to all my friends. Needed a difficult to find guard for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Part numbers had been superseded by Bosch and no longer available. Kauffman had 1 of the newer part numbers in stock but it was not clear whether it fit. Kellie was very helpful by sending photos and taking measurements to assure a fit before I purchased. I ordered the part on a Tuesday afternoon, it was shipped out Wednesday morning, and I received it Thursday afternoon.
