Sent in my 1990's vintage Porter Cable EHD Screw gun for repair after it stopped working. This repair was completed in a matter of days with the gearing and the clutch assembly checked for lubrication. The labor rate and was very reasonably priced. Finding limited satisfaction online for some obsolete parts to fix my Makita palm sander, The Google finds me a source for ALL the parts I needed. Not only did the Kauffman Family have in stock [at a better price] the waggy feet, they also had a good quantity of the cast-from-unicorn-tears specialty screws, at a more than fair price.

Also got some feel-good credit for throwing a bit of $$ toward a small business, instead of spending yet more coin with a faceless, thankless corporation.
