Thank you, both parts were exact parts that my old craftsman used. I put the parts in this am and they worked great.
Sears had stopped keeping these parts and I found your website by running the part numbers. I have junked tools
lately because of the same reason. Now that I know you stock alot of older things I will keep you in my favorites, because
I have always tried to repair not replace them if possible. Thanks so much for the fast and great speed of getting them to me.

I am so impressed at the level of service and integrity of the team. In my case, a repair was not the right decision but they worked with the manufacturer to determine the correct parts and costs that allowed that decision to be made correctly.
