I had called and spoken to Kellie about a very hard to get part for a Porter Cable saw. She took a picture of it and made sure it was the right one and it was. This is a obsolete part and this was the only one I could find anywhere. It came in the mail in four days. I will use them again if I ever need anything. Great customer service!

I had just about given up on repairing my nearly 40 year old heavy duty 1/2 inch drill due to the fact that the spindle I needed is no longer being manufactured, but when none of the large online tool part suppliers could come through for me, KF Tool Repair did! They not only had the spindle, they had it at a good price and got it to me quickly. I installed it tonight, and my old buddy is back up and running like new.
