Color me satisfied on multiple fronts.

Finding limited satisfaction online for some obsolete parts to fix my Makita palm sander, The Google finds me a source for ALL the parts I needed. Not only did the Kauffman Family have in stock [at a better price] the waggy feet, they also had a good quantity of the cast-from-unicorn-tears specialty screws, at a more than fair price.

Also got some feel-good credit for throwing a bit of $$ toward a small business, instead of spending yet more coin with a faceless, thankless corporation.

The collar/clamp assembly failed on my Porter Cable reciprocating saw. Imagine my disgust to find that the clamp and retaining pin kit is no longer offered by the manufacturer. How many thousands of good saws will be rendered useless by this move? Fortunately, I came across Kauffman's website and found they still had stock of the needed parts. Ordered on a Thursday, had the parts on Monday. Even received a followup email to make sure the parts had arrived safely. Outstanding service from people you can trust. Will definitely turn to Kauffman for my future parts needs. Thank you!!!
