The ONLY place to find obsoleted parts at reasonable prices. Vintage power tools (50+ years old) are workhorses...solid, dependable & hardworking, but in order to keep those tools going, we need places like Kauffamn Family Tool Repair. In-stock parts for a 1972 Milwaukee rotary hammer ? CHECK! Parts for a 1975 Milwaukee circular saw? CHECK! Parts for a weird Bosch jig saw? CHECK! There was an answer for every part that I asked about (although one or two actually weren't available, but that was the minority). To go even further, there were multiple emails asking for clarification on parts that I wanted (when there were different versions depending on build-date) or helpful suggestions on my order. I have already recommended KF Tool Repair to some friends and I will continue to do so. SUMMARY? Reasonable prices, great selection of hard-to-find parts, out-of-the-world shipping charges ($10 flat rate shipping compared to the $96 a competitor wanted for the same parts!), and gReAt CuStOmEr sErViCe!

I needed a left fence for a 30+year old Hitachi combo chop saw and found plenty of "hits" searching for it. KF was the only one who actually had the part -- at a fair price and great shipping. Plus, when I got my dyslexic fingers screwed up trying to find the part to order it, a helpful voice on the other end of the phone line talked me in. Plus, they included a SweetTarts cousin in the package. Two thumbs up.

After many many attempts at finding these obselete parts for my Porter Cable 503 belt sander, I was surprised to see that your company actually had them in stock. I was skeptical at first. I plugged in the 1st item and it popped up on your site as being in stock, and the same was true for the next 2 items. Even after your email confirming my ordered, I have to say I was still skeptical because I have been down this road in the past with other parts companies only to have my order cancelled due to "parts are obsolete, no longer available". It was when I got your email that my order has been shipped that I knew indeed the parts were actually in stock. Plus, I just received the parts today and checked it with my sander and yep they are perfect fitting. One other note I have used the same search terms for these parts in the last few yrs and the same sites always pop up...the usual ereplacement parts, toolpartspro,..etc., but for some reason your site popped up this time and I have never seen that before. Needless to say I have put your site on my "bookmarks list". Thank you again and thanks for the candy treat....hehe.
