Once again, Kauffman to the rescue. My 20+ year-old Dewalt Reciprocating Saw plastic “clamshell” broke. I already knew certain wear parts could use replacement (shoe and boot), so I looked up the part numbers on another internet site (that didn’t have the obsolete parts), and Kauffman had everything I needed. After I placed the order, I realized that I needed two additional parts, so I emailed them off-hours, and asked that the order be modified to add the additional parts, and to save me an additional shipping charge. The next morning, everything was taken care of with an easy phone call. Less than a week later, my saw has been repaired by me for half the cost of a new model. Thanks KTR!

Kauffman comes through yet again. Old Milwaukee drill replacement switch has long been discontinued but yet somehow you guys have them in stock. Another old power tool saved by Kauffman :)
