A small plastic part broke on my Bosch 4000 table saw fence, making the fence and saw almost useless.
After much searching I found the part on the Kauffman website (1 in stock) but before I could complete the purchase the web page said the part was out of stock. This didn’t surprise me because nobody seemed to have it.
What did surprise me was the phone call I got from Kauffman family a few days later saying the web page was wrong, and asking did I still want the part?
I didn’t call them back until after closing; they still picked up the phone and shipped the part that evening.
These are really good people. Buy things from them.

I searched all over internet for a replacement blade for my old B&D jigsaw and had all but given up when I came across the Kauffman Family website. Thanks to their wonderful supply of spares there's now one less machine on the scrap heap! Thanks Kellie!!

Purchased an extremely hard to find, discontinued “Gear Kit”
for my Milwaukee drill that could not be found anywhere else.
Would have had to throw my $300 drill in the trash.
