I am very impressed with the level of customer service you offer. It is rare that companies take the time and effort to help out and follow up on such a low price order. I will remember you when I need to order the higher cost parts.

Needed a difficult to find guard for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Part numbers had been superseded by Bosch and no longer available. Kauffman had 1 of the newer part numbers in stock but it was not clear whether it fit. Kellie was very helpful by sending photos and taking measurements to assure a fit before I purchased. I ordered the part on a Tuesday afternoon, it was shipped out Wednesday morning, and I received it Thursday afternoon.
