After having an issues with the website trying to order a part. someone reached out to us about what we were ordering. They knew who i was before i told them my name, they were very helpful in ordering my part. Once they shipped it they reached back out to see if we received our item. We were very happy with the experience and would happily order from these amazing people again.

A small plastic part broke on my Bosch 4000 table saw fence, making the fence and saw almost useless.
After much searching I found the part on the Kauffman website (1 in stock) but before I could complete the purchase the web page said the part was out of stock. This didn’t surprise me because nobody seemed to have it.
What did surprise me was the phone call I got from Kauffman family a few days later saying the web page was wrong, and asking did I still want the part?
I didn’t call them back until after closing; they still picked up the phone and shipped the part that evening.
These are really good people. Buy things from them.
