Kauffman had the wrench for my Porter Cable router, when it arrived they threw in a Bosch carpenters pencil and two Smarties. This was a total surprise and just goes to show what its like to deal with a family business. I support family business and will buy from them again.

They not only gave fast service, it was back to me in one week, they also offered to meet me near my home with it because they were traveling by which saved me an 1 1/2 hours of driving.
