I was trying to find a switch for an older DeWalt drill, came up on their website. Give them a call and they had both switches that I needed very friendly people, and very fair about their shipping charges.

I was looking for a discontinued armature for a Milwaukee impact. I was able to locate one with Kauffman Family Tool. Shipping was immediate and the communication was excellent. Packaging was also done very well. Great company, will use again should the need arise. Excellent place, thank you!

Couldn’t find the bearing on any other website but this one part was obsolete on all the others great service got the part as promised. Was able to fix the tool instead of throwing it away.
