Found that my kinda old, but trustworthy Dewalt DW987 cordless drill had a cracked case, or “clamshell”. Upon searching for the part from more mainline parts dealers, found that it was out of stock / discontinued, and I was pretty much out of luck; however, I continued down the list of Google hits, until I found Kauffman. Not only was the part IN STOCK, but was cheaper than list, flat rate shipping was more than reasonable given current shipping rates, and I even went ahead and ordered new brushes to extend its life. A week later, everything is back together and I’m more than satisfied with their service!

After some internet searching Kauffman Tool Repair was the only site I was able to find a realistic price for an obsolete OEM switch for my very old Milwaukee 11000-1 right angle drill.I am happy to know that if I ever need any future parts from an honest family business I have the best resource I could ask for.
