Kauffman had the wrench for my Porter Cable router, when it arrived they threw in a Bosch carpenters pencil and two Smarties. This was a total surprise and just goes to show what its like to deal with a family business. I support family business and will buy from them again.

Once again, Kauffman to the rescue. My 20+ year-old Dewalt Reciprocating Saw plastic “clamshell” broke. I already knew certain wear parts could use replacement (shoe and boot), so I looked up the part numbers on another internet site (that didn’t have the obsolete parts), and Kauffman had everything I needed. After I placed the order, I realized that I needed two additional parts, so I emailed them off-hours, and asked that the order be modified to add the additional parts, and to save me an additional shipping charge. The next morning, everything was taken care of with an easy phone call. Less than a week later, my saw has been repaired by me for half the cost of a new model. Thanks KTR!

What a great find this company has been. They have everything you can't find anywhere else or they will find it for you. Top notch customer service. Would love to keep them to myself by would highly recommend to all.
