I search the entire internet for a replacement part for my DeWalt miter saw. Discontinued by the manufacturer and I could not find it anywhere. I’m lucky to have found Kauffman Famiky Tool Repair. They had a brand new original part, and they shipped it right away. I can’t thank you enough for the excellent service!

Needed a difficult to find guard for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Part numbers had been superseded by Bosch and no longer available. Kauffman had 1 of the newer part numbers in stock but it was not clear whether it fit. Kellie was very helpful by sending photos and taking measurements to assure a fit before I purchased. I ordered the part on a Tuesday afternoon, it was shipped out Wednesday morning, and I received it Thursday afternoon.

A small plastic part broke on my Bosch 4000 table saw fence, making the fence and saw almost useless.
After much searching I found the part on the Kauffman website (1 in stock) but before I could complete the purchase the web page said the part was out of stock. This didn’t surprise me because nobody seemed to have it.
What did surprise me was the phone call I got from Kauffman family a few days later saying the web page was wrong, and asking did I still want the part?
I didn’t call them back until after closing; they still picked up the phone and shipped the part that evening.
These are really good people. Buy things from them.
