No where I could found a part for my ryobi till I found this website. They worked with me found out what part I need, had it and even send pictures of the part to make sure it will fit. Fast shipping, got it in 3 days. Very recommend them.

A small plastic part broke on my Bosch 4000 table saw fence, making the fence and saw almost useless.
After much searching I found the part on the Kauffman website (1 in stock) but before I could complete the purchase the web page said the part was out of stock. This didn’t surprise me because nobody seemed to have it.
What did surprise me was the phone call I got from Kauffman family a few days later saying the web page was wrong, and asking did I still want the part?
I didn’t call them back until after closing; they still picked up the phone and shipped the part that evening.
These are really good people. Buy things from them.
