I would like to thank Kaufman family tool repair for the exceptional service that was provided to me when my ridgid table saw quit working. They not only gave fast service, it was back to me in one week, they also offered to meet me near my home with it because they were traveling by which saved me an 1 1/2 hours of driving. The level of customer service that they offer is something that is rarely found anymore. They will definitely be my first call in the future and I will recommend them to all my friends. Couldn’t find the bearing on any other website but this one part was obsolete on all the others great service got the part as promised. Was able to fix the tool instead of throwing it away.
