I conducted a Google search for an obsolete service repair part and found Kauffman. Kauffman Family Tool Repair was very helpful even to the point of giving helpful suggestions on ordering the proper items

I needed a simple part for my 30 year old Black & Decker mitre saw. I found KF Repair showed one on line. I contacted them and Kellie started to help me and did everything possible to make sure it was the correct one. I ordered it on Saturday and it was in my mailbox Monday. Kellie was great to deal with, so contact her and you'll be in great hands!

A small plastic part broke on my Bosch 4000 table saw fence, making the fence and saw almost useless.
After much searching I found the part on the Kauffman website (1 in stock) but before I could complete the purchase the web page said the part was out of stock. This didn’t surprise me because nobody seemed to have it.
What did surprise me was the phone call I got from Kauffman family a few days later saying the web page was wrong, and asking did I still want the part?
I didn’t call them back until after closing; they still picked up the phone and shipped the part that evening.
These are really good people. Buy things from them.
