I found Kauffman Family Tool Repair while searching the net for some parts for an older Milwaukee drill. Their website showed that they had what I was looking for along with some other parts I wanted in stock.

Since I had never ordered anything from them before, so I had no idea for what kind of service I would receive. But I took a chance since one part they showed in stock, I couldn't find anywhere else.

Well let me tell you that they are a fantastic company to deal with for parts orders. They had everything I wanted, they shipped it quickly and when a couple of questions about what parts I needed came up, they took the time to check with me before shipping the order.

I dealt with Kellie through emails and a couple phone calls over a day or two and without a doubt, she provided what was probably the best customer service I have ever received from any company that I have worked with over the years.

In my opinion, this is a great place to work with and I will definitely keep them in mind for the next time I need replacement parts for my power tools.

Needed a difficult to find guard for a Bosch hedge trimmer. Part numbers had been superseded by Bosch and no longer available. Kauffman had 1 of the newer part numbers in stock but it was not clear whether it fit. Kellie was very helpful by sending photos and taking measurements to assure a fit before I purchased. I ordered the part on a Tuesday afternoon, it was shipped out Wednesday morning, and I received it Thursday afternoon.
