I needed a replacement shoe and bracket assembly for my 26 year old Porter Cable reciprocating saw. The part is no longer made and I scoured the internet with the part number. I had called and spoken to Kellie about a very hard to get part for a Porter Cable saw. She took a picture of it and made sure it was the right one and it was. This is a obsolete part and this was the only one I could find anywhere. It came in the mail in four days. I will use them again if I ever need anything. Great customer service!
