I have been looking for a switch for a 35 year old Delta Sawbuck for two years.
I finally found Kauffman Family Tool Repair. Kellie & Phil pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found the switch I was looking for. Every now and then you find a small family business that really understands CUSTOMER SERVICE. I can not say how thankful I am for having my Sawbuck in working order again Thank you Kellie & Phil.

After having an issues with the website trying to order a part. someone reached out to us about what we were ordering. They knew who i was before i told them my name, they were very helpful in ordering my part. Once they shipped it they reached back out to see if we received our item.
