Purchased an extremely hard to find, discontinued “Gear Kit”
for my Milwaukee drill that could not be found anywhere else.
Would have had to throw my $300 drill in the trash.

Scoured the internet for replacement parts for my DeWalt DW618 (which is still being sold) and was only able to find them at Kauffman's. They shipped promptly and I found extra goodies in the package. Totally awesome!

Ordered brushes for my 30 year old mitre box.
Arrived the next day!. Phil also pointed me to a motor repair service. Great people.
Included a mint in the shipment. Didn’t know my phone breath was that bad.
