An internet search showed Kauffman Family Tools had an obscure part I was looking for.  I had never heard of them, but figured it was worth a try. I’M SO GLAD I TRIED THEM!!  I placed my order on a Saturday morning and within a few hours I had received a personal e-mail about my order, confirming the details and checking on the quantities ordered.    After I replied that it was correct I was pleasantly surprised to get an e-mail saying the order was on its way to the Post Office.  I received the order on Monday and it was perfect!  Even got a follow up e-mail the next day to confirm that everything was OK.

The entire experiance with Kauffman was AMAZING. Everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. Their website is easy to navigate order from for parts. When we accideentally had the wrong shipping address on the order, I was able to call and get that fixed within minutes. Even though it was close to Christmas 23rd) they still were answering phones and taking orders and fixing orders. We recieved the part quickly and in the proper condition. While installing we had a minor issues and they were able to help us over the phone with the error we had on our end. Great company to work with, will definitely use them again.

The collar/clamp assembly failed on my Porter Cable reciprocating saw. Imagine my disgust to find that the clamp and retaining pin kit is no longer offered by the manufacturer. How many thousands of good saws will be rendered useless by this move? Fortunately, I came across Kauffman’s website and found they still had stock of the needed parts. Ordered on a Thursday, had the parts on Monday. Even received a followup email to make sure the parts had arrived safely. Outstanding service from people you can trust. Will definitely turn to Kauffman for my future parts needs. Thank you!!!

Purchased a Bosch grinder at an auction that didn’t have it’s guard. Found that the part was obsolete but Kauffman had it and at a great price and they shipped it VERY fast. Highly recommended!

My package arrived tonight. Just another win for Kauffman tool repair. I ordered a speed control for my porter cable router. Kauffman had it in stock and it was delivered promptly. It was packaged very well with bubble wrap. Kauffman’s hasn’t let me down yet. They always seem to have the obsolete part I am looking for. I am a repeat customer and kauffman’s is my first choice when I am looking for a part.
