Ordered part Wednesday before Thanksgiving, arrived following Monday. Installation & reassembly took 5 minutes. Spent months trying to get Black & Decker service to help me. So glad I found Kauffman Family Tool Repair.

Found a Milwaukee Drill discontinued part I was looking for. Ordering process was easy. KFTR keep me updated and made a suggestion to delete an extra part I ordered. I ordered the extra part based on finding another part I could not locate. So they saved me a few bucks vs. just taking a sale. Products arrived well packed and in perfect condition.
