I am so impressed at the level of service and integrity of the team. In my case, a repair was not the right decision but they worked with the manufacturer to determine the correct parts and costs that allowed that decision to be made correctly. They do the right thing to help their customers. I will use them again and again.

Would recommend KFT to any professional or layman as a great source for replacement parts or tools. They had a part that was not available even from the manufacturer (Milwaukee).
