I had called and spoken to Kellie about a very hard to get part for a Porter Cable saw. She took a picture of it and made sure it was the right one and it was. This is a obsolete part and this was the only one I could find anywhere. It came in the mail in four days. I will use them again if I ever need anything. Great customer service!

I have been looking for a switch for a 35 year old Delta Sawbuck for two years.
I finally found Kauffman Family Tool Repair. Kellie & Phil pulled a rabbit out of a hat and found the switch I was looking for. Sent in my 1990's vintage Porter Cable EHD Screw gun for repair after it stopped working. This repair was completed in a matter of days with the gearing and the clutch assembly checked for lubrication. The labor rate and was very reasonably priced.
