Ordered a part on thursday for my old dewalt drill- got it monday and already fixed! Excellent service-would use again and recommend highly (loved the smarties!)

Kauffman had the wrench for my Porter Cable router, when it arrived they threw in a Bosch carpenters pencil and two Smarties. This was a total surprise and just goes to show what its like to deal with a family business. I support family business and will buy from them again.

They quickly responded when I had questions on a product and delivered the part supper fast and well packaged. Thanks a gain for the good service in these uncertain times.
